Everything you need to know about travel, airport pickup, campus arrival, check-in, and your first day at UHP.
All students must arrive during this two-hour window so the UHP team can coordinate airport transportation, check-in, housing assignments, and the Day 1 schedule. If your travel plans change, contact Admissions immediately.
*Plan to depart from campus on the final day of your program between 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
The campus address will be provided directly by Admissions.
Arrive at XNA between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Day 1. After collecting your luggage, meet the UHP team in the baggage claim area. UHP provides transportation from the airport to campus and back to XNA after the program.
Do not leave the airport or arrange separate transportation unless directed by UHP.

Admissions provides driving directions to campus before arrival. Plan to arrive between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Day 1. Once you arrive, UHP staff will direct you to parking and check-in. All vehicles entering campus will be inspected.
UHP provides airport pickup and drop-off for students arriving within the approved window.

Ride to campus with the group.
All enrollment documentation should already be complete before arrival. You do not need to bring additional check-in paperwork unless Admissions requests it.

Declared weapons are checked in and securely stored.

All vehicles and personal belongings may be inspected upon arrival. Weapons must be declared, checked in, and securely stored by UHP for the duration of the program.

Welcome Activities include airport transportation or campus arrival, check-in and cabin assignments, UHP apparel issue, meals, campus tours in Polaris RZRs, welcoming remarks, group activities, and a review of the next day’s schedule.
Flight delays, cancellations, and road issues happen. Let your Admissions Advisor know as soon as your arrival plans change. Do not rely on social media messages or wait until after the arrival window.
