Live, learn, train, and move through the experience alongside a cohort of veterans on UHP’s Northwest Arkansas campus.
Each day combines instruction, practical work, meals, training, and time with your cohort. Schedules vary by program, but the day is structured so students can focus fully on the work in front of them.
Breakfast, preparation, and the start of the day’s training.
Lunch, classroom instruction, coaching, and practical application.
Program work, team activities, and continued development.
Dinner, study, recovery, and time with the cohort.
Daily schedules vary by program and cohort.
Students train, eat, learn, and live alongside others preparing for what comes next. That shared experience creates structure, accountability, and connection that is difficult to build in a traditional classroom.
You will work directly with instructors, contribute to the group, and take ownership of your experience.

The residential format removes many of the distractions that compete with traditional learning environments. Students stay with their cohort, follow a structured schedule, receive direct instructor support, and remain engaged throughout the program.
