Pack for your time at UHP

UHP provides lodging, bedding, laundry service, meals, and basic campus support. Use this list to bring the clothing, personal items, and gear you will need for the full program.

Training & daily clothing

  • 3–5 days of workout clothing
  • Two pairs of athletic shoes (one indoor, one outdoor)
  • Light pants
  • Light jacket or hoodie
  • Swimsuit or swim trunks
  • Sleepwear
  • Undergarments and socks
  • Backpack or day bag

Graduation clothing

  • Black dress pants
  • Dress shoes

UHP will provide a graduation shirt.

Toiletries & personal care

  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Shampoo and conditioner

  • Shower caddy or toiletry bag

Weapons — declared & stored

Weapons brought to campus must be declared, checked in, and securely stored by UHP for the duration of the program. They are not confiscated — they are returned when you leave.

Permitted with restrictions

Nicotine pouches are permitted. Prescription and approved over-the-counter medication are allowed — keep prescriptions in their original packaging.
